i360Experience periodically embarks on generic research programs surrounding 
                        customer engagement, employee engagement, and the entire service profit chain. 
                        We invite companies to participate on a part-funded basis i.e. i360Experience 
                        provides up to 50% of the research investment.
                        
                        
                        The objectives of such research are generally to prove or disprove a particular 
                        business theory; however the process of doing so provides significant insight 
                        and benefits to participating companies.

                        Research Club, joining is free and participation optional, we simply contact you 
                        to let you know of the latest research project and you decide if it is something
